I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. If the order is placed before 14:00pm, we will still ship it out that same day. Any order after 14:00pm will be shipped out the following day. After your order is shipped, you should receive it within 1-3 business days. Our average delivery time is 1-2 business days. For personalised items please add 1-2 business days extra to the standard shipping timeframe. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at sales@woodish.co.za

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not be held responsible for replacing damaged or wrong items if we were made aware of the issue after 2 business days from receipt of delivery. You can contact us by email (sales@woodish.co.za) or by phone (079 959 6616). If the product received is damaged or you received the wrong item, you will need to send us photos of the items. If we are happy we will arrange for the courier to collect the damaged or wrong items from you at our own expense. As soon as we received the items, we will either refund you or send you the correct items. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a refund, please note that there will be a restocking fee of R50 on refunds. Once we have received the product we will refund the amount of your original purchase less the courier and R50 restocking fee. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@woodish.co.za. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

All our items are in stock and ready to be shipped. You can expect your items to arrive within 1-4 business days. The average shipping time is 1-2 business days. For personalised items please add 1-2 business days extra to the standard shipping timeframe.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

Do I have a warranty on the items I bought?

Yes, we do give 12 months repair or replacement warranty on any proven manufacturing faults on our product range. Your Woodish warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, gradual degradation, damage, and breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your products. Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Woodish. Charges may apply for the restoration of pieces deemed outside the warranty. When a part is repaired under the original contractual warranty term, only the remaining duration of the original contractual warranty will continue to apply.
